Ma Li, female, born in Xinyang City, Henan Province in the 1960s, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zhuhai Enyi Education Group and the Chief Principal of Enyi Group Schools.
Ms. Ma Li graduated from the Art Department of Anyang Normal College in Henan Province and studied at the Central Conservatory of Music, majoring in vocal music.
In 1993, Ma Li, who had ten years of teaching experience in primary and secondary schools and secondary art colleges, took a high-interest in starting Zhuhai's first noble school, Zhuhai Enyi School, and became the youngest private school principal in China, in response to the current situation of education in Zhuhai. In just a decade years, the school was known for its high level of internationalization, high standards and high quality, pursuing continuous innovation and self-transcendence, and quickly rising to become a wonder of southern Guangdong in China.
In 1995, Ma Li, then principal of Zhuhai Enyi School, was the only representative of a private school in China to attend the Asia-Pacific Regional Seminar on Comparative Education and Cultural Development in Jinan, Shandong Province, giving a speech at the conference. In November of the following year, she was the only representative of a private school in the province to participate in a study tour to Japan from Guangdong Province; in April 1998, she was awarded the "World Arts and Culture Research Center" and the "Hong Kong China Culture Research Center". In April 1998, Enyi Education Group was awarded the "World Celebrity Certificate" by the "World Art and Culture Research Center" and "Hong Kong China International Exchange Press", and its biography was included in the "World Celebrity Book (China Volume)", a large international exchange series of history books.
In 1996, the Enyi Education Group took off for the second time, and Principal Ma Li spent 180 million yuan in establishing the Chaoyang Enyi School in Chaoyang District, Shantou City, which has a capacity of 5,000 students and integrates early childhood, primary and secondary schools. Chaoyang Enyi School vigorously promotes quality education, and undertakes key research projects of the Central Textbook Institute, and becomes the "British Cambridge Children's English Education and Assessment Base" and "National Children's Computer (Children's NIT) Teaching and Assessment Center" approved by Guangdong Provincial Examination Center. ". The two Enyi schools in Chaoyang, Zhuhai, are two in one, with chain management, each playing an active role in the development of local education, forming a dynamic educational group that is noted worldwide.
From December 26, 1998 to December 25, 1999, Enyi School cooperated with the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and China Youth Daily to hold a national "Enyi Cup Award Essay Contest" and rewarded the winning units and individuals. From 1999 to 2003, Enyi Group invested in four schools in Gansu Dongzhi County, namely, Enyi School in Machang Village, Enyi School in Baoling Village, Enyi School in Yahujia Village and Enyi School in Zhoujia Plateau Village, benefiting students in poor areas in the west. Principal Ma Li is concerned about the disadvantaged and is passionate about public welfare. Since the founding of Enyi, she has awarded scholarships and grants to outstanding students from poor families every year, with the highest scholarship of 2.8 million yuan a year, which is highly praised by parents, students and society! In 2012, the Zhuhai government started to enroll migrant children in public schools, and Principal Ma Li gave the school building to the school. Principal Ma Li gave the school building to the local government for free.
From 2000 to 2003, Ma Li was awarded the honorable title of "Chinese Entrepreneurial Woman" and "Chinese Successful Woman" by the National Women's Federation, and in 2009, Principal Ma Li personally recruited Liu Lie, a repeat student, and took great care of his study life. In 2011, Principal Ma Li waived about 4 million yuan in tuition fees and sponsored a large number of outstanding poor students to attend the senior high school of Chaoyang Enyi School in accordance with the standards of public schools. university and two out of three got into a bachelor's degree" in the 2014 college entrance examination, who again set a new record and was praised by the Education Bureau, generating a good social effect.
Between 1999 and 2005, Enyi Education Group returned 4 to 5 million RMB to parents each year in accordance with the national regulations and the contract signed between the school and parents. Until 2005, Enyi Education Group returned more than 40 million RMB to parents according to the contract, and became the only private school in Zhuhai that could return parents' education reserves according to the contract, which was praised by Zhuhai Municipal Government and Municipal Education Bureau for many times.
In 2014 won the bid and prepared for the construction of Hunan Chenzhou Guiyang Enyi School, which covers an area of 330 acres with a building area of 250,000 square meters, and the project is currently under construction;
In 2016, the government specially approved the Enyi school after the old vocational school moved to the new campus, the old vocational school building was handed over to Enyi school to start first, and the Enyi high school was opened in 2016. The new campus is expected to be delivered in 2017.

On June 25, 2021, Principal Ma Li was appointed as the Vice President of the First Council of the International Education Branch of the China Education Association Group Schools.
